Overview

Andrews Project Management Ltd manages much of the construction work for Andrews Design Build Ltd as well as selected outside projects.

These have included:

• The Terrace Downs Villas complex including subdivision, infrastructure and building design and layout.
• Main buildings for Hagley Building Products in Annex Road, Christchurch
• Warehouse factory complexes in Wigram industrial area, Christchurch
• Showroom / warehouse in Blenheim

This is a small project management company specialising in projects that allow us to have involvement from start to finish. We will handle planning, construction and

Compliance Certification of the project.

Andrews Project Management also manages the leasing and day to day running of Riccarton Self Storage and 9 Craft Place. The new industrial workshop / storage area being constructed and available for lease now with occupancy available in December 2006.
